The pro line offers unique features which give you exceptional control over your sump flow. Included are all the parts you’ll need to convert a standard glass Aqueon® brand 55 gallon aquarium into a fully functioning 5 chamber sump or refugium for your display aquarium. All you’ll need is the glass aquarium, some aquarium safe silicone and a pair of filter socks that suits your filtration needs. The four included baffle plates can be used to divide the tank into distinct sections for filter socks, two zones for a refugium or equipment like protein skimmers or reactors, a bubble trap and your return pump. These are self supporting so the distance between the secondary baffle and the bubble trap plate is not defined by the width of the filter plate allowing you to set your place distance based on how much extra filter material you’ll need.
