For darker colors the engraving will not show as well. This is an example of the sheath I can make for you. You can choose to personalize with initials or name or none. This sheath will fit many different knives and multitools. The sheath without a knife is 3.75″ wide by 4″ tall. This size shown fits the Gerber 650 and certain other knives plus multitools. This sheath is for folding knives only. Knives and Multitools I have tried so far. Multitool -1 .375″ x 4.25″ x 0.625″ This is very tight.Gerber 650-Great Fit Gerber G6 Auto-Great Fit Gerber Zero Tolerance 650-Great Fit Buck 110-Stitching will be brought in a little on this.Buck 112-Stitching will be brought in a little on this.Old Timer 1250T-Stitching will be brought in a little on this.Standard Utility Knife-Stitching will be brought in a little on this. For most knives the sheath will stay the same size, but the stitching will be adjusted to ensure a good fit. The size of the sheath will change for Extremely small or large knives. The belt slots are made for belts up to 2 inches. The belt I used in the examples is 1.5 inches wide. Knives not included in sale. Everything I make is made from real leather. Everything I make is hand made. I do not use a sewing machine, I hand stitch every sheath. Machine stitched items can unravel easily. Making a sheath last as long as possible for my customers is my goal. I use quality leather that is domestic. I do not buy the imported leather except on special purchases. Those will be stated in the listing if the leather is imported. Sometimes I find cheaper leather and make sheaths at a discounted price. I usually use the cheaper leather to test new designs and sell the test sheath at a discount. All my personalized sheaths are made from my best leather. I do not mold these so when you receive one it will be a tight fit at first. This means I do not put any knives or belt in the sheath. It will be shipped flat as made. It will take a little work to get the knife in the sheath the first time. Some like it to naturally mold to the knife but that is up to the individual. Like any leather product the leather will loosen a little over time. The picture shown is an example of what I will make for you. There will be minor variances do to the fact this is handmade and no two sheaths are exactly the same. Dyes can vary depending on how much is applied to the leather. Also sometimes leather companies change their tanning process, this causes leather to absorb dye differently and can cause a minor variance in the color. To ensure quality, orders take up to 5 business days for handling. This gives me time to make your item. It can take the full 5 business days depending on backlog on orders.
