Postage Details: All of our parcels are tracked, and do not require signature upon delivery unless requested. Nourish Cottage will not be held liable for loss of parcel(s) after delivery. For Australia deliveries: We will choose the most cost effective and/or fastest option, which come with full online tracking with no signature required unless the orders are over $500. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check tracking details at any time. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. If there is no one home to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left at your front door or in the mail box where possible. If there is no safe place to leave, your parcel will be brought to post office for collection. You must retrieve the parcel within 7 business days or it will be returned to us.
