Insert the internal spray nozzle into the drill from the back. Turn on the control unit and irrigate at maximum flow for about 5 seconds. Check for cleanliness of the saline solution, proper flow level, and absence of leaks. Calibration: Attach the 20:1 reduction handpiece to the motor. Press and hold the CALIBRATION button for about 2 seconds to enter calibration mode. Perform speed calibration for low and high speeds as indicated, ensuring the display shows “PASS” or “SUCCESS” upon completion. Starting Operation: Follow the instructions in “7.2 Programming System Operation” to set parameters like handpiece gear ratio, maximum rotation speed, direction of rotation, torque upper limit, and coolant solution flow level. Turn on the power switch of the control unit. Press the program button to select a program number. Confirm and adjust settings as necessary. Depress the foot control pedal to activate the motor. Sleep Mode: Sleep mode saves foot control battery by activating after a set period of inactivity. To enable sleep mode, adjust settings in “7.1 Setting Key” and select a time interval. To wake the foot control from sleep mode, press and hold the speed control pedal until the normal screen appears. Pairing with Foot Control: For first-time use or if unpaired, enter setting mode and select “BLE SET”. Open the battery cover of the foot control. Press the pairing button with a pointed tool until a beep sounds and “OK” is displayed. Ensure the battery icon is displayed, indicating successful pairing. Exit setting mode. Preparation: Wear eye protection, a mask, and gloves. Turn off the control unit power switch. Remove the handpiece and motor cord from the control unit. Remove the bur/drill from the handpiece.
