The 100 wt spools contain 200 meters [ 216 yards ] of silk thread and come in (67) Sixty-seven different and vibrant colors. It is the easiest of silk threads to use due to its higher strength. It is used for hand piecing, embroidery and machine quilting, even on longarms. It is also used for wrapping fly and fishing rods as well as fly tying. Shipping and Handling Charges – are set for the purchase of a single spool of thread. Every additional spool is $0.05 additional for shipping and handling. If purchasing thread from differing listings, I will combine shipments so that additional spools of thread are calculated at $0.05 for shipping and handling. So a Kanagawa spool is taller and skinner than a YLI spool. These threads work equally well with bobbins.
