The HTP Flexneck gun is the answer. You can bend the end of the welding gun in any position to get in a tight place. Originally designed for muffler shops to get up and around the top of an exhaust pipe, this versatile welding gun makes easy work out of tight positions. Building a race car with a roll cage – the flex neck gun is the answer. If you are doing any welding in tight places, the flex neck gun is the right tool for the job, and we all know the right tool makes work a pleasure! It fits all of the following models: Sidekick™, Sidekick™ XL, Cricket®, Cricket® XL, Millermatic® 180 with Auto-Set™, Millermatic® 140 with Auto-Set™, Some Millermatic® 35, Millermatic® 90, 120, 130, 130XP, 135, 140, 141, 150, 175, 185, 190, 200, 210, 211, 212, 250, 250X, 251, 252, Vintage, DVI, Passport™, Passport ™Plus, Pulser, Challenger™, and Challenger™ 172 This 10 ft long gun will handle .023”, .024”, .025”, .030” and .035” diameter welding wires. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, stainless steel wire, and with a teflon liner, you can feed aluminum wire. It comes standard with a .030” diameter tip in the welding gun. This HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun. You can see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun. Also, our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the Miller gun. And the replacement parts cost less than the Miller parts! The duty cycle of this gun is 60% @ 150 amps on mixed gas, the same as the M15 gun, and for less than the cost of the Miller M-15 gun, you can have this great flexible neck welding gun! This HTP gun is a direct replacement for the GA-16C, GA-17C, M-10 and M-15 welding guns and uses HTP 15 series replacement parts. Picture 7 (photo 1) shows you the high quality of this gun.The crimp is insulated to protect the trigger wires from chafing. Picture 8 (photo 2) shows the actual crimp with the insulation removed. You can see the crimp to retain the rubber outer jacket and the copper crimp which secures the copper wires to the brass fitting to carry the welding current. Picture 9 (photo 3) shows a cutaway of the coaxial cable assembly, where you can see the copper wires that carry the welding current, the trigger wires, the inner tube that the wires are wrapped around, and which also has the liner running up the center of it. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the shield gas runs.
