The Active Duty is no longer available for sale through the Busse Combat because it’s Sold Out, and has been Discontinued! The Busse Active Duty was introduced by Jerry Busse in 2002 and has since been discontinued even though it is one of the most popular and versatile models. The size of the knife makes it very easy to wear and carry everywhere if you prefer fixed blades to be on you at all times. So in 2011 Busse Combat decided to do a short run of knives for the SOS series with a bright Orange G10 handle that really pops so you can find it as the color really stands out. They did a very small run of Active Duty and chose to go with a .22″ Blade thickness in INFI steel. This now has an INFI Steel blade that is .22″ thick with a hand Finished Satin Blade and finished with an Ultra Scary Sharp Blended Convexed Zero Edge! The handle is a strong bright Textured Orange G10 Handle which can not ever be ordered and was an Exclusive. This is Beautiful and feels great in the Hand. I really love the thick blade on such small knives, it’s so strong and bombproof. The Blended Convexed Zero Edge is Razor Sharp! This is Brand New, never used, carried or sharpened. This retains the factor edge. This is made of the infamous INFI Steel which is a proprietary Steel is used ONLY by Busse Combat!
