You are bidding on an OPEN 6 PANEL DOOR KIT BY HOUSE OF MINIATURES-XACTO COLLECTORS SERIES. It measures approximately 6 3/4″ high x 2 3/4″ wide. You will receive everything that is pictured, including the directions. It is in excellent condition, and is “put together”, BUT NOT GLUED. Please ask any questions you may have. Again, this and my other miniture auctions, were purchased for a project I never really started. As you can see in the last 2 pictures, all my items relating to this project were kept safely together – these pictures also show the other items available. I do not add any fees to shipping. Shipping is primarily determined by weight and distance. I am on the East Coast, so if you are on the West Coast, shipping may be high. I do combine items whenever possible, so please message me if you are interested in multiple items. I ship as soon as I am able to once I have received your payment. I do not control the U.S. Postal Service delivery times so please don’t hold me accountable for their delivery time. If you want your item faster, you should select Priority Mail. I do not control the shipping rates. I use CALCULATD SHIPPING. This means I put in the dimensions and weight of the package and the calculator (not me), calculates the cost of shipping the package from where I am to where you are. Larger or heavier items will only be shipped on Friday or Saturday. I package my items really well but I am not perfect. Should you receive a box or item which is damaged, please keep the box and all the packing materials so that we may properly file a claim. Please read this entire auction prior to bidding.
